All electrical work will comply
with BS7671:2008 (IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition)

Any quotations are valid
for 2 weeks

It is assumed that all
the works will be carried out during normal working hours (i.e.
Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00), unless agreed otherwise.

Title in the Goods
remains with Power Up Solutions Ltd until all payment is received in
full in cleared funds. Any materials and tools can be recovered by
Power Up Solutions Ltd in the event of non-payment. The client
agrees to allow access to site for this purpose.

Payment for materials
and equipment will be required before delivery to site, unless
agreed otherwise in writing.

Invoice(s) will be
tendered on delivery of materials, and then weekly in arrears for
stage payments or on completion of the job, whichever is sooner.

Payment is required on receipt of invoice.

The balance of all
invoices is due on completion.

If you make an on
account payment to us, we reserve the right to apply it against the
oldest open items.

Lack of access to the
work area will incur a charge at the Power Up Solutions daily rate
(available upon request) which will be in addition to any agreed
price.

If Electrical
Certificates are required these will be forwarded within 28 days.

Any new install,
alteration, or addition of electrical work quoted for is subject to
the existing electrical installation being in satisfactory condition
so that the new/modified circuits will comply with BS7671:2008. It
needs to be clearly stated that should extra work become apparent
upon working or testing due to the condition of the install or
through poor condition of the building fabrication/structure, then
the quoted price will become subject to review in order to enable
work carried out to be of a satisfactory standard to comply with
wiring regulations BS7671:2008 and/or relevant building regulations.

All waste will be left
at the site as Power Up Solutions Ltd are not licensed to carry
waste. Power Up Solutions Ltd will not carry waste without a
license, and the person ordering the work must make their own
disposal arrangements e.g. by providing a skip or through the local
council.

The Cancellation of
Contracts made in a Consumer's Home or Place of Work Regulations
2008 provide a seven day cooling off period and requires that
contracts will be in writing. If work is requested by the person
ordering the work to commence prior to the seven day cooling off
period, then any work carried out during this period if subsequently
cancelled during the seven day period will need to be paid at the
daily rate and all materials utilised and work hours utilised will
require payment immediately. Further to this any cancellation will
be required to be in writing, dated and signed by the person
responsible for the work order and payment. Any cancellation after
the seven day cooling off period will need to be in writing and paid
in full for the work quoted and scheduled.
